The 2026 edition of Cartoon Forum has officially kicked off in Toulouse, France, bringing together animation producers, broadcasters and finance partners for four days of pitches and co-production meetings. This year’s event will present 66 selected television projects (61 series and five specials) from across Europe, as well as six projects included in Cartoon’s “Québec-Canada Land in Europe: A Space for Creation” initiative.
