All six episodes of the Hulu Original, GLAAD Media Award-winning 2D animated series premiere on December 13.
Hulu has shared the first look at the upcoming second season of the GLAAD Media Award-winning 2D animated series The Bravest Knight. All six episodes stream on December 13.
The Hulu Original series, launched in 2019, is based on Daniel Errico’s children’s book, “The Bravest Knight Who Ever Lived.” Season 1 of the Big Bad Boo Studios production follows Sir Cedric, a pumpkin farmer turned hero, as he recounts his journey to become the bravest knight who ever lived.
In the series, pumpkin farmer-turned-knight Cedric embarks on many quests — from saving towns to defeating monsters. Now he’s started a new chapter with his prince charming and their daughter Nia, who he must teach the dual path of knighthood and being true to one’s self.
Season 2 sees the return of T.R. Knight as Cedric; Bobby Moynihan as Grunt; Wilson Cruz as Prince Andrew; Christine Baranski as the fearsome Red Dragon; Teri Polo as Saylor; and Steven Weber as The Head Knight. Millie Davis will now voice Nia, who was played by Storm Reid in Season 1. The guest cast includes Wallace Shawn (Toy Story) as Rumplestiltskin; Mason Wertheimer (Elemental) and Mila Rezaei Jetha (Lili & Lola) as Hansel and Gretel; Cynthia Nixon (Sex and the City) as Sharon the Spider; Nasim Pedrad (New Girl) as Ali the Thief; and Nina West (RuPaul’s Drag Race) as Duchess of Grazia.
The Bravest Knight is created by Errico, directed by Shabnam Rezaei, and produced by Big Bad Boo Studios.
