Siti, Moh, Maya, Paco, Carlos, Tawi, Datu, Abdul and Mar Mar, their island might as well be the whole world, and in a way, it kind of is. Isla Maganda has everything that makes our planet great – beautiful forests, stunning coastlines, and creatures of every color, disposition and decibel level. But it also shares some of Earth’s problems, too. That’s where our wildly different but fiercely dedicated best pals come in. Every day these 8-and-9-year-olds meet new challenges with enthusiasm and joy, whether it’s a missing gecko, a chicken that needs cheering, or some trash stashed where it doesn’t belong. And as these pint-sized champions come through with the fix, they can’t help but learn a little about themselves, too.
